Creation

Creation. Stage. This month I participated in a great creative experience. A short Plays theater festival in which all the creators share the work.

The short plays were written by the actors and they not only write and act, but also direct.

I acted in a very funny play and directed another one.

Directing had discovered to me as a challenge.

I have learned a lot from that, and the whole process reminded me how the stage can help, cure and mend you, especially in hard times in life. In Acting you explore inner process that teaches you about yourself.

I just love the stage.

יצירה. במה. החודש השתתפתי בחווית יצירה גדולה. פסטיבל תאטרון קצר שכל היוצרים חולקים ביצירה. את המחזות הקצרים כתבו השחקנים, והם לא רק כותבים ומשחקים, אלא גם מביימים. אני שיחקתי במחזה אחד, מצחיק במיוחד, וביימתי מחזה אחר, שהסתבר לי כדבר מאתגר. למדתי מהבימוי רבות, נהנתי לשחק בקומדיה, וכל הארוע התאטרלי הזה הזכיר לי עד כמה הבמה עוזרת. משחררת. בתקופות לא קלות היא ממש מרפאת. ובתהליכים משחקיים אתה לומד הרבה על עצמך.

אני אוהבת את הבמה.
